Vectone Mobile are Thieves

I used to be a Vectone mobile customer but not anymore. There is a saying when you people experience a bad service once, they will never come back and that is exactly what I have done with Vectone Mobile.

Vectone Mobile used to have something called 'Happy Rates' where they will charge you 1p per minute on calls. After I topped-up, not only did Vectone Mobile take my £10 but I never got any calls for 1p per minute as advertised on their website. Even worse, after one month I didn't have anything left. My £10 was not there and neither did i get any calls for 1p per minute.

What I found out later was you have to top-up £10, enter the code from the website to get a bundle - a bundle for about a few hundred minutes to the UK, but I still never had any calls for 1p a minute.

Topping up £10 and being charged 1p per minute meant I will have £10 credit on my phone and from that £10 credit I will be charged 1p per minute on calls but surely this did not happen. I did not want a bundle but I was forced to buy a bundle to get 1p per minute but though I bought a bundle to get 1p a minute I never did.

Vectone mobile is a very confusing mobile network. Whats more neither there app or their balance check works properly. It never gives a true account of how much credit or minutes you have left. It always takes hours to update or days. When you want an accurate balance of how much you have left in your mobile or how much minutes, texts or data you have left their system works in donkey years, you'll never get an up-to-date balance check. For example, if you had 463 minutes left and you chatted for 32 minutes, it will still show you have 463 minutes left.

One day, I had around 1.45gb left but from 4pm till midnight without any explanation I had no internet/data connection. I had not used the remaining 1.45gb and Vectone Mobile never, ever answers the phone. They have the most worsr customer service in the universe. Rarely, will you be ever able to connect to a customer service operator. I remember I did a few years ago, but the customer service operator was very sleep and did not know what he was talking about.

Because they have such a wonderful (not) service, they are now begging customers to join them by offering loads of freebies. I don't think this will work, they are on the brink of closing down very soon. I even know other people who have used Vectone Mobile and they changed networks like I have because of their extremely poor service.
