Vectone Mobile is rubbish! With all the major mobile phone network operators provding an expnensive service Vectone provides a more generous service, you could wonder, how ? and why ? One of the most popular bundles on Vectone Mobile is you get 600 minutes, 2gb data and unlimited sms, all for only £9.99
The reality is they provide a "good" service, however, customer service is non-existent. Customer service is probably a one-man department who either sleep most of the time doesnt even come in. Vectone Mobile's customer service is extremely pathetic. I have rang them so many times over several weeks but no one ever answers the phone or rarely replies to emails.
The Last Straw
The last straw was when Vectone Mobile cut off my data. I had more than 1gb of data left out of 2gb. For all afternoon from 4pm onward till the evening on the last day there was no internet. When you try to phone them, no one answers, when you email them no one replies, even on social media. I wonder how many thousand customers they lose each day.
Because of their poor customer service I have ditched them. I am no longer with VectoneMobile. I have now moved to a more better mobile network provider who I have found almost immediately answers phone calls and have live-chat on their website. VectoneMobile are modern highway bandits who take your money and run off with it.
