I hate BT (British Telecom). BT used to be my landline telephone supplier once. First they provided a good service for many months, I think for a year, and then their service became crap. They started putting in hidden charges. I was only using BT for a internet line while the internet was free and they were only charging me line rental, and there was no phone connected to the line, they made up false bills and demanded payments for it and if you didn't pay threatented to cut off your supply, send bailiffs, etc.
The day I terminated my supply with BT I was the most happiest. What are bunch of losers! once I terminated my account with them they never got paid from me again, they lost a customer who was paying them money (in bills) to sustain their business but because of their corruption they never got paid by me again and since then I never used BT as my phone supplier and I never will again, ever and I also advise anyone else taking a phone service never to use BT.
They standard of service might of changed or not but there are many people out their in the reivews with complaints about them or corruption but for me one experience is enough, and never again, never with BT.
Beware of BT.
