I topped-up £1 on EE and right away it decided for itself what PAYG pack to put on my phone. I wanted the £1 for 25 minutes, 50 texts and 10mb data pack but instead the fucking EE system chose for me £1 for 100mb, 10 minutes, 10 texts pack - I didnt need the fuckin 100mb data at this moment, despite earlier on (another day) I cancelled auto pack renewal the fuckin EE system did this to me - SCUM !!!

Half their page wont even load when you log into My EE account, you have scroll one mile down to see their page, which shows how technically insufficient they are! bastards !
